Your supplement stack, ranked by evidence.

Find out what to keep, cut, reconsider, and what still needs ROI ranking — scored on evidence, benefit, cost, effort, and risk.

Sample Supplement Stack Verdict card. Archetype: The Foundation First Builder. Tiles show Keep 2, Cut 1, ROI Pending 3, and Unnecessary Spend $25 per month. Supplements are grouped into Keep, Depends, Cut and ROI Pending rows, with Total Daily Protein as the top priority.

A real verdict — generated deterministically from a sample stack. No chatbot wrote this.

One stack of 7 supplements, sorted into a decision

The card above reviews a sample intake — 7 supplements against a “build muscle” goal. Here is how it broke down.

Keep — 2
Creatine and protein powder are pulling their weight for the goal.
Depends — 1
Omega-3’s value depends on context the V0 intake doesn’t fully capture.
Cut — 1
BCAAs / EAAs are low-ROI for this goal once daily protein is handled.
ROI Pending — 3
Multivitamin, ashwagandha and turkesterone have reviews, but no ROI ranking yet — so no verdict is implied.
~$25/mo of unnecessary spend. That is the money sitting in the one cut supplement — ready to redirect.
A bigger lever than any bottle: Total Daily Protein. The verdict points to the one input that actually moves this goal — and it is not a supplement.

1A. What is your main goal right now?
Pick one. Your main goal sets the scoring lens.
The same supplement can be high-value for one goal and unnecessary for another. Your main goal sets the scoring lens.
1B. Anything else you care about?
Optional. Pick up to 2. Secondary goals add context and explain edge cases — they don't override the primary verdict.
0 of 2 selected. Your main goal is excluded from this list.
2. What supplements are you currently taking?
0 entered · up to 20
Limit reached — the preview can rank up to 20 supplements at once. Start with the products you take most consistently or spend the most money on.
Most people don’t need a bigger stack. They need to know which items are actually pulling their weight.
3. Roughly what do you spend on supplements per month?
This helps The Verdict estimate how much spend may be worth keeping versus cutting.
4. How consistent is your training?
Performance supplements only make sense if there is a training signal to amplify.
5. How consistent is your daily protein intake?
For muscle and fat-loss goals, protein often beats most supplement upgrades.
6. How would you describe your sleep?
Recovery supplements can look useful until sleep is the real bottleneck.
7. What is your budget preference?
A stricter budget makes low-ROI items easier to cut.
8. Anything you are considering buying next? (optional)
This is where The Verdict can save you money before you buy.
9. Anything in this list applies to you?
The Verdict does not replace medical advice. Some supplements require clinician or pharmacist review.

The scoring method
Evidence × Benefit × Cost × Effort × Risk

Why not just ask ChatGPT?

Because a general chatbot will answer about any supplement — confidently — whether or not anyone has actually reviewed it. The Verdict will not.

Every verdict traces to an authored decision. Each ranked supplement has a real entry — score, evidence, cost, risk, reasoning — written and checked. Nothing is paraphrased from training data.

Not-yet-ranked supplements are flagged, not faked. If something has a review but no ROI ranking, it is marked “ROI Pending” — the system says so instead of inventing a verdict.

Unreviewed supplements get no recommendation at all. No claim, no guess. The Verdict simply makes no statement about them.

Same stack in, same verdict out. The result is deterministic. Ask twice, get the same answer — because it is not being generated on the fly.

Your stack is yours. Sharing is a choice.

A verdict stays private until you decide to share it. When you do, there are three card modes — you pick how much to show.

Named card · default share
Shows your archetype, the counts, and your supplement names grouped by verdict. The shareable version — you are choosing to show your stack.
Anonymous card · privacy-safe share
Same archetype and counts, zero supplement names. Share the shape of your result without revealing what you take.
Private report · just for you
Your full breakdown with every supplement and every reason. Not a share artifact — it is your own copy.
What you just used is the free preview, and we will say so plainly.

The preview above is a real, deterministically-generated ranking of your stack — built from the same evidence base as the named sample card. The full personalized report — with per-supplement reasoning, evidence citations, cost-value notes, and shareable cards — is the next build step. It is not live yet.
